Render 90 degrees at a time for Cardboard instead of 360 with Nvidia Gameworks VR

Only part of a 360 video is seen by Google Cardboard or Oculus or HTC Vive at any one moment. Nvidia has a method for developers to only render the part they need. This results in smoother game play because the cpu doesn’t have to work so hard to get virtual reality. Downside: It it proprietary to Nvidia. We will see how this works in the vr world.
